Each of the recipes take under 30 minutes including prep time, cook time and clean up. I strongly dislike doing dishes, therefore most of the meals use one pot or pan (occasionally two). I also strongly dislike a using a ton of ingredients, especially those that send you on a wild goose chase that you'll end up using once. There are plenty of everyday ingredients that when mixed together accordingly, provide loads of flavor.
